Terms & Conditions

I understand that I will be sent a payment link via email if my request is approved. I agree to pay via the link within 72 hours of it being sent or forfeit the ticket(s) to the next member in queue.*

I agree to provide Arsenal Philadelphia with proof of travel for myself and all members of my party, with arrival in London no less than two days prior to the currently scheduled date of the match and departure no less than two days after, to ensure I can attend the match even if it rescheduled by a day or two, and that the tickets are for my own personal use and the use of other members named in my request, and not for resale or a third party.*

I understand that any tickets I receive are and remain the property of Arsenal Philadelphia for the exclusive use of myself and other Arsenal Philadelphia members. I agree that in the event that I cannot use any or all of the tickets sent to me, I will contact Arsenal Philadelphia at my earliest opportunity so they can ensure the ticket(s) are utilized by another member.*
